I'm on a second tub of Storm. Just started it about two weeks ago. Today, a friend gave me a tub of creatine mono. I currently take a scoop of storm pre and post w/o along with a protein shake. Would it be a bad idea to take the mono either before or after, and then take storm for the other? Just to be clear, take mono pre and then storm post, or take storm pre and mono post. Is either of those a bad idea?
Post, I usually eat a banana, some cheerios and down a protein shake. If I took the mono post, would I have to swallow it with some juice or would the banana and cheerios be enough to initiate an insulin spike? (I'd rather just use water or even better, throw it into my protein shake).

I take my storm(1 scoop) in a preWO/duringWO drink with a little juice, water, bCAA.
I take another 5g of plain mono PWO.
Storm dosnt have that much creatine/ serving so it wouldnt be a bad idea.
Do you like storm? I think it is pretty good, tastes great but I dont know how much better than plain mono it really is.
