I've been saying that I am going to post some pics so here they are. These were taken at my buddy's house about an hour ago. I've lost alot of my definition since the pic in my avatar....after all it was summer time! I'm alot stronger and beefier than I was before that pic so when i cut again in a month or 2 I will be looking alot better. I can say that most of my definition has dwindled in the past month or so. Looking kind of soft here. I have upped my carbs by about 1.5x's, upped my fats and started taking Storm about 3 weeks or a month ago. Feel free to critique if you want but thats not why I'm putting these here. Just feel like I've been a member long enough and its my duty to show myself. Thanks IBB....I was hoping you'd see this. I've gained about 5 or 8 pounds in the past month...i think thats why I'm looking so soft. Need to work my core more. But thanks!

LoL **** you aint looking soft. Who cares about the abs! Your bulking right? Screw the abs! You can always cut later! I say keep on bulking till you hit about 210 and then cut down to like 195, oh man that would look nice!

amazin physique Bench: 135 (Jan 07'), 235 (Nov 07') damn i really like them i didnt think i could do it but now i know is possible my bench is jus 115 x 6 for 3 sets now.... saturday attempting 120 x 6 for 3 sets :D

Thanks guys. My bench really shot up when I got a partner at the gym. When I was lifting by myself I think my max was like 195 and this guy was doing like 260. I felt alot safer and pressured with him so I definately attribute alot of that gain to him being there. Thanks Draper. This is actually the first shot I've ever taken of my back and I've gotta say that even I was surprised. I probably shouldnt have put don't critique. Critiques are welcome.

LOL, everybody here who's about 180-185 looks twice as big as me. I'm gonna have to be like 210 pounds to look that big. What are your measurements?

I have no clue, never measured. Right now I'm probably pushing 190 though. My weight changes faster than a stripper.

dang im the same height as you and i got 10 pounds on you but dont look near as good lol. Veeerrry nice back btw.
working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

What's the training and diet like ? GOod job man
5'8.1" Age = 20 started in February 16th 2007: 58kg (127.6lbs) current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)

Supps are Universal Storm Creatine, On 100% Whey, and Flax Oil. To be honest, my training can be greatly improved. On average I work out 3 maybe 4 days a week for a little over an hour. I do Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Legs, Shoulders/Abs together right now....but that changes every month and a half or so. I definately attribute a majority of the success I've had to a consistent diet. For about a year now I've been pretty strict about my diet, and as I just said the key word is consistent. I dont take a month off from the gym or a few weeks to eat whatever I want. I've seen some really good size and strength gains in the past month when I've started eating about 1.5 - 2x's the amount of carbs I was before. I've also started adding extra virgin olive oil to almost everything. Surprisingly I'm not getting fat! I'm not a guy that can tell you how many calories I consume a day or my ratios of protein/fat/carbs. I just eat as much high protein, healthy food as possible and train hard for the time that I do make it to the gym.

Well you did tell me to leave the country....but, one of the reasons I post here as much as I do, is because I like talking to people whom I wound not normaly converse with. People with ideas different from my own. With a handle like stockjockey, I have a pretty good idea where you are coming from. So I all I have to say is  , right back at you.
