I did. Before I left for the beach, I was at 121lbs. Prolly gained 1 or 2 lbs from not workout out/not eating right, but, I've done the low-carb thing before and lost 60lbs from it.
Basically, just don't eat anything white. No potatoes, pasta, bread, rice, or sugar. Get all of your carbs from vegetables. Not only will they provide the energy you need, but also more fiber and nutrients. Paired up with a good workout the pounds will slide off.
