Steroid-like results

Hey kiddies want to add up to 50 pounds of weight in 6-8 weeks?!? Here what you gotta do, next time you go to grandma's house grab a handful of her insulin and needles. Next go to your favorite supplement place and get a creatine stack with high glucose. Next pop the insulin in your butt 20 minutes after taking 2 servings of creatine waiting 10 minutes between each serving. A couple of weeks later you'll be big and happy and Grandma, well... I HOPE YOUR PROUD OF YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL! Seriously though skipping some of the humor this stack is very powerful and works! Be careful though with the insulin and grandma.

This is an incredibly silly post, don't you think? Carbs are the key cofactor when you're shooting insulin, not creatine. And this isn't even an illicit drugs forum - it's a supplement forum. Granted insulin isn't a recreational drug, but it's still a controlled substance. Grow up a bit.

why would anybody do that? do you have diabetes? becuase that is a reason people inject themselves with insulin, as well as if they have lime disease, do you have that? This is a horrible idea, because you body already produces enough insulin, the reason people get type 1 diabetes is becuase little kids cant produce enough at a young age. if you keep this up your body will be getting too much sugar into itself, which will give you type 2 diabeets which does not go away, at any point you have it for life. Dumb idea, stop doing it. -Mike

Gentlemen, Gentlemen. I personally have not done this stack, but a couple of my buddies have. The science beind is simple, the creatine is delievered into the muscles via glucose, insulin transports the creatine saturated glucose into the muscles. By boosting more insulin into your body you will be able to put more creatine into your skeletal muscles. I plan on trying it in a few months and wil keep you posted on my progress. Yes it is very dangerous to someone who does not know how much to use and is using it by themselves. Also you will have to work your butt of to keep most of the muscle and strength, you will lose some as you cycle off. If you are not a serious bodybuilder I would not recommend this to you. Also if you are one of those people who are none responsive to creatine, this stack will not help you. My one friend cycled off 2 months ago and has kept most of his muscle he went from 180 to 210 in 5 weeks and his strength and power are waaay up! PM me with your weight and height so I can tell you how much to use, also don't bother if you are a diabetic, I don't want to kill you, but don't blame me if something bad happens, since all of our bodies are different.

You probably shouldnt even endorse this idea on here. If your not a doctor dont give anyone advice on something so dangerous.

No offense meant here, but judging on your Atkins pics in the other thread, you have a lot of growing to do that can be done without insulin. It's not worth the risk.

It's a technique that I've found from my various searches. It's dangerous for those who are not under a DR's care and not diabetic. And the gains from it are minimal for the risk invovled. It does not produce steroid-like gains. And you don't find it discussed much because the risk vs. reward is so low.

mda, maybe you should lock this before any of the easily influenced decide to risk this! any one that has not tried something in my opinion should not be offering it as advice to others!
