anyone know about this stuff? Ive been reading on it and it seems pretty legit. I know someone who's done it also. Just wondering if anyone else out there has any experience with it

what was it like for the guy you know who did it? ive looked at it very recently, but dont know anyone who has done it
Bench Press Max - 170kg @ 100kg Squat Max - 220kg @100kg Deadlift Max - 275kg @100kg Weight - 90kg

he most definitely recommended it. He didn't look as strong as he was but he was strong for sure. weighed 185 and i spotted him for full range 330 bench @ 2 times. He also said he's kinda been out of the routine for a while at that time and said his PR was a bit higher than that.. not too much higher but still. IDK how you could static for DL's. Could be possible but his DL's were actually his strongest lift too. I've been doing alot of research on it and found a couple sites that are pretty informative.
