Ok I am just starting working out, I am 6, 3" and I am between 135-140 pounds.  I would like to know what supplements to build fast dense muscle. I already have definition from natural muscle, and I have 4-6 percent body fat.  What would be good to become vascular before workouts?

Hopefully more people will answer your post.  You'll need more than what I will tell you.  I use supplements by BSN.  They have worked for me and I think it's kick-ass.  Cell Mass is the creatine I use.  Their Nitrix product is something that basically increases the nitric-oxide levels in you body.  Thus making your veins stand out and have "pumps".  I'm not sure if that was the vascular look you were going for, but from taking Nitrix for a while now, my veins do stand out and their is a little pump effect.  But, not all the time.  The also have True-mass, but I don't think that's what you are looking for.  For protein, I just use a good source from GNC or Musashi.  I think that crap gives me gas though, so beware!  If I were you though I would definetely go the creatin route.  Good luck!

Baisically you should start working out for a week w/o supplements if you havnt been already...than when ur getting into it...take some NO-xplode, before your workouts...and i usually take On100% Whey right after...Also remember to take Multi-Vitamins to help muscle growth.

Well, if you have been working for a while then do take supplements some serious supplements like NO products, energy boosters, etc. But the main things in my opinion are what I'm on right now:
healthy fat supplement (fishoil, safflower, etc)
Protein (whatever fits your pocket)
Multivitamin (whatever fits your pocket)
creatine (not too advanced for beginners. you just want the basic)

What you need to do is start eating more, a lot more.  Complex carbs, veggies, fruits, healthy fats, and quality protein.  Go to the nutrition section and read, read, and read some more.  Supplements will do absolutely nothing for you.

as someone already said...it's better to start out w/o any supplements and then only when you hit a plateau introduce a supplement like whey protein to help you gain more...use supplements smart

I agree diet is first, then look at the supps to 'supplement' the diet.

dont use any supps at all for the first 4 months or so.  if your set on taking a supp though, just use whey protein for awhile, before you get into more hardcore products.
