Here's some short tips:
1) As far as diet you need to figure out your goal. Gain muscle, burn fat, maintain. It's pretty easy to calculate our calories required by going to the nutrition forum and checking out the TOP posts.
2) The Training fourm has many routines. But the main ones are Max-OT and Optimum Anabolics. Neither of which I would suggest for a complete newbie. My suggestion would be to try out this program first.
A Beginner's Routine 3) Then start
READING. Because this forum is jam packed full of into, links and great people.
