hey everyone...juss starting back up in the work out scene after a couple months...im a lean guy, im 19 yrs old about 5' 10 and 160 lbs. my goal is to obtain a healthy defined physiche. chest, abs, biceps/shoulders and back are my main concern. nothing huge, juss nicely cut... i run on the beach often which helps my cardio and greatly adds muscle mass to all parts of my legs...but i truely want more definition in my upper body....I love pushups and situps and i think they do justice...i use free weights aswell....i would juss like some suggestions on how often to workout, because i dont want to overtrain but i dont want to undertrain either....i want to get as defined as i can in a short period of time...k thanks
