Hi i have been going the gym for about 3 months now, i am 16 years old and 17 3rd November 2005, i am 9.5 stone (Sorry dont know what i am in pounds) I want to get big like Arnie :) Well i need a routine for the gym, and i need some tips on what to eat... I have a protein drink so thats no problem. I need a routine becasue all i have been doing at the gym for 3 months is Dumbel press on the bench, Bench press and the zip cord thing were its on the floor and you pull it up to ur chest and back down again, with weights attached to it (you get me lol?) Any advise would be appresiated Thanks Rob
