Starting off with a weird body structure HELP PLEASE - Sunday, August 02, 2009 6:09 PM ( #1 )
Hi Everyone,

My body structure is such that my shoulders are naturally broad, and chest is pretty flat. So since I started working out a couple of months back, my shoulders are getting broader and my chest has not shown much improvement, which is making me look a little weird now. My Lats too are not that big which make my shoulders look even bigger compared to the remainder of my body. I have been trying to work on my chest and lats twice as much as my shoulders (shoulders once a week, chest , lats and arms twice a week), but am not sure this is the right thing to do.
Can anyone please suggest something for this?

Thanks a lot.
