19 sets for chest. Most other days have in my opinion too many sets. Great selection of exercises. Heavy compounds included. But my first though when I read down and counted up was... way to many sets. Unless you respond well to volume.. most probably would be far burnt out around set 10 to proceed. Is your goal to increase size? If so, I'd drop quite a few sets and go heavy. That's just my first impression. Too much. Great choices. But too much on each day. Welcome to DB ljohnson8!

yes go heavy and try to put on lean muscle mass.....in turn that will make the muscle poke out of the skin even more....its kinda like a win win situation.....if u start to lean out....there goes the carbs and there goes the energy to lift.....makes sense?

I'd go for less sets, heavy weight- Drop the fat by using cardio and altering your nutrition.

I agree...cut back the sets....4 nice heavy chest exercises is all you need...for exmple chest Flat bench press 4 4-8 Incline dumbbell press 3 4-8 Decline bench press 3 4-8 Flat Dumbbell flyes 3 4-8 Incline Dumbbell flyes 3 4-8 Under arm cable-crossovers 3 4-8 Cut out two of those fly movements.....maybe do exercises 1-3 every week and alternate each week which fly you do....
