Hi, I am chris jones a 13 year old from a small town of ohio. I am small and underweight, weighing in around 103. I am just about the smallest one of my friends. I play football basketball, baseball, and track, so i am very busy. But I've gotten all this equipment lately, free weights, dumbbells, a home gym (weider xp600 platinum i think) and much else, along with a Whey Protein Supplement and such. I am going to try to put it all to the test to get 6 pack abs and bulk up and get some guns. I have done alot of research on this and I'm going to give it a shot. So I am posting my online journal of my "journey to getting stronger". So if any of you guys have tips, extra workouts i can add, or recommendations I would really appreciate it. I know I am probably the weakest guy on this board but please dont be a hater and rip me on all this, as I am young and just starting.

My plan is to lift weights 4 times a week doing a cardio workout twice a week, as it is track season already and we do some running in that.
I follow Vince Delmonte and Arnel Ricafrancia (however you spell it). They have tons of tips, workout routines, nutritional guides etc. Theyre on youtube, just search fitnessvip.
