Just wondering man but what are you going to do like 10 years down the road if you're still a member on here? LOL.

Well guys I've got some big news. (For me.)

Today, I made another attempt at seeing my max out on bench press.

My sister was spotting me, so I put a little leg extension pad in my shirt just in case. Because, I knew she would either mess me up or be no help at all.

I went for it all. Triple digits.

100lbs.

I did it. Finally 100 lb max out PR. I probably could have gone a little lower but i just went down to the pad which was only maybe 1 inch higher than my chest. Got it back up, slowly but surely. I tried to do it one more time and whaddya know, my sister makes me laugh, and there goes that. But I still got it the first time. Which your thinking wow, congrats i can do that one handed. Well, shut up. Lol. But I am pretty happy that I finally got triples.

And also, today we had a scrimmage at football practice for the whole practice. 7th and 8th grade were mixed, and divided up into team A and team B.

Final Score 6-6.

The final play was the 2 point conversion attempt. We stopped em just maybe 2 inches short of a td. Overall everybody did pretty nice. But with the mixed teams you really had to make some adjustments.

For me, nothing major. A few tackles and an extremely close play to getting an interception. If it wasnt barely nipped right before coming to me it would have been a sure INT.

Haven't posted in a week, have been lifting some but a little lazy. We tied our scrimmage 6-6  with a 64 yard scoring drive with 52 seconds left...nothing spectacular individually for me though.
