I have been gone some while and had 6 different workout journals.. anyway, read this and maybe it will explain a lottle. So, I ordered some RPN Havoc, and I have used 3-AD in the past, so I know a little bit about legal PH's. Planning - 8 Week Cycle Havoc Weeks 1: 20mg 2: 30mg 3: 40mg 4: 50mg PCT (Gaspari's Novedex XT) Weeks 1: 4 Caps 2: 2 Caps 3: 2 Caps 4: 1 Cap Support Supplements while on cycle and post cycle: Anabolic Innovations Cycle Support (Liver and Prostrate Health) Fish Oil BCAAS Sumperpump250 SizeON Multivitamin Glucosamine & Chondroitin Whey Protein (ON 100% Whey) I have read in places an OTC PCT will work. Novedex is simply a great booster and AI, which should make everything normal again plus the tapering down should completely deny gyno. Havoc/Epistane doesn't cause gyno anyway, but just to be safe. A lot of people are doing OTC and ending a great cycle; others are using a SERM because I suppose that's their safety safe. Now, with that being said, someone has to wonder about the diet. First let me explain that in the past 4 months I have been at the forums and away from the forums is because the diet part was kicking my training efforts in the ass. In the "off season" my dumbass ate everything in sight, no nutrient timing, no consideration of wtf I was doing, skipping cardio all because I thought "hey, 3-AD will keep everything ok." Wrong. No magic pill, I wish I would have listened back in the winter. Warm weather started kicking in and I realized.. that I was a strong fat ass Once again, my ignorance in dieting led me astray. So, I did what I always do. I go into carbaphobic mode and take fat burners so my calories were pathetic as were my macros. How to fix? Ha! Pro hormones. So once again, I used 3-AD. I saw no results.. Then I got desperate right after spring break. I attempted the Velocity Diet while being on Slim Xtreme by AX. Big mistake number 2. Finally, in the past three weeks, I started reading, writing and researching.. No longer scared of carbs or fat or too less protein.. Carb Cycling My calories switch day to day from higher to lower to moderate, however you want to look at it. Either way, I don't think as most people would; energy in vs energy out. I think of it as targeting your muscles with nutrition. High Carb Days 255g Protein 263Carbs 38g Fat Moderate Carb Days 255g Protein 210g Carbs 38g Fat Low Carb Days 255g Protein 158g Carbs 38g Fat Always 6 Meals per day My carb meals will be ingested in 3 meals. Morning always, post workout, and 90 minutes post workout. On training days, 50% of my carbohydrates will be ingested immediately post work out. The other two 25% percents are breakfast and 90 minutes after the training. On non training days (Low Carb Days) all carbs will be low GI and complex. Most (75%) will be consumed in the morning and the other two meals will be early in the day. My other three meals will consist of an acceptable protein and fat source. Protein Will be divided equally into six meals. Fat is divided into the three meals that do not include carbs. Easy. After I lift, I will consume BCAAs, then move into cardio. After cardio I will consume ON 100% Whey and SizeON. I was considering possibly mixing SizeOn with orange juice for an ass ton of simple sugars. Hope you are still following. :) The Training TC from T-Nation created a push Pull Program. I once designed a push pull and I absolutely LOVED it. Monday - Heavy Pull; High Carb Tuesday - Off; Low Carb (I have to work and go to school) Wednesday - Heavy Push; High Carb Thursday - Off; Low Carb (Work/school) Friday - Moderate Pull; Moderate Carb Saturday - Moderate Push; Moderate Carb Sunday - Off; Low Carb And the routine looks something like this Heavy Pull: A1. Deadlift 8x3 A2. DB Support Curl 8x3 B1. Weighted Pull Ups 8 x 3 B2. SL Deadlift 8 x 3 C. Weighted crunch 4 x 10 Cardio: Racquetball 30 - 45 Minutes Heavy Push A1. Front Squat 8 x 3 A2. Thanks man. I suppose you will be checking in? I bought some Cytocarb II today, so now I have a better option PWO than orange juice. It's complex carbohydrate from maltodextrin. I am going to use this.. Weeks 1: 20mg 2: 30mg 3: 30mg 4: 30mg for Havoc to see how it goes. until tomorrow.

My Cycle Support tastes like vomit. Like disgusting ass vomit. But hey.. it works. Havoc came in. I am just doing 10mg for today. Someone in the supplement forum said Novedex wasn't enough. But I mean isn't tamoxifen stupid for this kind of ph anyhow? A basically non androgenic/dominantly anabolic PS followed by a SERM.. I just don't think it's logical. It seems that that would set up delayed gyno. Or maybe I'm too ignorant? Workout was intense but I forgot triceps.. I dunno how. Whatever. Incline Bench Press 135 x 3 155 x 3 155 x 3 155 x 3 DB Flat Press 60 x 3 70 x 3 70 x 3 70 x 3 DB Miltary Press 40 x 3 50 x 3 50 x 3 50 x 3 50 x 3 50 x 3 60 x 2 = fail.. ugh 40 x 3 Front Squat 135 x 3 145 x 3 165 x 3 185 x 3 135 x 3 135 x 3.. I had a mirror evaluation recently. Looks like I have definitely lost about 1% bodyfat. My oblique V shape is starting to show and I am fitting into older pants with relative ease. I then measured my muscular girth and as of yet, everything has stayed the same, except the waist obviously. I am weighing in at 171 tonight, so I'd say 160-165 is my sweet spot, but definitely too damn skinny. I think this carb cycling will only be needed around six weeks. The first whole week was basically today and I am impressed. I will have one cheat meal tomorrow. :) As far as Havoc goes, I will be pulsing the dosage. I will take it 3 times per week. (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) 1: 10mg, 20mg, 30mg 2 - 8: 40mg This will eliminate basically all side effect worries, and Novedex XT should be more than sufficient for PCT.

Weighed in this morning at 173, but leaner OMG. Yeah, my waist is around a 32.5" now. So, I am doing something right. today I did a moderate Push.. Kind of late on logging. 40 Minutes of racquetball. Walked at the park a while later.. Anyhow, pumps were good. I felt huge. Havoc sides so far aren't there. I am extremely sex-driven, though. I dosed 40mg today. I also had a cheat meal.. Some mexican and ice cream turned into gorge fest '09. I'm bloated but damn I feel good.

Well, I ate virtually no carbs today. I went for a 1.25 mile walk in the park with my little sister, other than that DOMs is kicking my ass, so I took it easy. Havoc sides so far; obviously DOMs. No cramps or pumps. Popping random woodies left and right. That garbage is annoying. Oh, and my pubertal gyno has been about 85% eradicated. I love this Havoc. I have been aggressive here lately. I have been more prone to arguments and hands on activities involving violence; either way I'm doing ok.

Okay so heavy pull day.. Heavy Pull DB Row 50 x 8 70 x 6 90 x 6 90 x 6 Pull Ups 4 Sets of 8 EZ Bar Curls 35 x 12 55 x 8 75 x 6 95 x 3 SUPERSET 35 x 8 Seated Cable Row 160 x 6 190 x 6 210 x 5 140 x 8 Leg Curl 90 x 6 120 x 6 120 x 6 70 x 12 Deadlift 135 x 8 225 x 6 315 x 2 = Easy but whew. 365 Failed; Managed to get 1/4 up. 250 Failed; Managed to get 1/2 up. 225 x 5 Ab Work Racquetball 20 Minutes; Steady state walking 20 minutes. Havoc so far has only gotten me aggressive.. I am though 100% suffering from DOMs. Jesus H. tap dancin' Christ. Soreness will not work out. It's beginning to get extremely annoying. Lethargic. Popping woodies left and right in school. But, I will not be taking it again until Wednesday so, should be all good. On the up side, I was feeling very beastly today, amazing pumps and getting stronger slowly. Last week 315 on the Deadlift wasn't there at all, so yeah. Diet today #1: Cytogainer #2: Deli Turkey, Cheese Stick #3: Can of Tuna #4: Whey + CytoCarb #5: Tilapia, 2 yams, cup of cottage cheese Probably two more weeks of this shizzzz and I will be at 8% bodyfat. I am at about 10% right now.

Today was pretty smooth. Dosed 40mg. Definitely feeling and looking different. Waist is 32" now and I weighedi n at 172 today.My chest is perky.. it's odd.

I changed up my routine. I am going to start a Max OT type program with a taste of west side. Chest/Triceps Flat BB Bench Press (Speed Set) 135 x 6 (Warm Up) 165 x 6 185 x 6 205 x 6 (Strength Set) 235 x 1 Incline DB Fly 40 x 6 45 x 6 50 x 6 Smith Machine Incline Bench Press 135 x 6 165 x 6 185 x 6 Close Grip Bench 95 x 6 115 x 6 (Exhausted) Overhead Machine Extensions 140 x 6 175 x 6 Overhead Dumbell Extensions 50 x 6 50 x 6 Dips 2 Sets of 5 That adds up to 9 Sets of 4-6 Reps for Chest; 8 Sets of 4-6 for Triceps 10 Minutes stationary bike. _________________________________________________________ I am going to begin clean bulking until about the beginning of June to see how my muscle:fat ratio stands. I gorged today; fxckin hungry as hell. Havoc made me do it. :)

no training today.. rest. sore as hell from yesterday. tomorrow is legs. my diet today wassssssssss... #1: Cytogainer #2: ON Whey, assload of trail mix, cheese stick #3: Cottage Cheese, whole wheat roast beef with mustard, almonds and berries, 16oz milk, half of a baked potato (plain) #4: 5 eggs, cottage cheese #5: Whey + Isopure + Cycle Support, Cheese Stick, cashews #6: 3 Eggs Thats about it.. Adds up to 3000-3500 calories, lots of carbs, lots lots of protein and a great amount of fat. I feel good. I actually look leaner also.. which is odd.

uhm so today was pretty hellish in training. ME squats are ridiculous, to say the least. Leg Day Total Training Time: 53 Minutes ME Box Squats (60-90 Second Rests) 135 x 10 (Warm Up) 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 3 315 x 1 then exhaustion set in.. 295 x 1 295 x fail and stuck on the box; had to bail out 275 x 1 275 x 1 My entire body didn't feel pumped or jacked.. just ****in' destroyed. My "swole" ego was shot after this. Leg Extensions 130 x 6 190 x 6 240 x 6 Leg Curl 110 x 6 120 x 6 120 x 6 Leg Press Calf Extension 225 x 10; 10 Second hold 315 x 10; 8 Second Hold 405 x 10; 5 Seconds Hold Smith Machine Squats 225 x 6 225 x 6 Front Squat; 135 x 8 Suspended Weighted Knee Pull Ups (35lb DB) 8 6 6 Weighted Crunches (45lb. DB) 8 8 8 ___________________________________________________________________________________ Diet has been like 75% clean today.. I did cheat just a few minutes ago, but to hell with it, whats it going to hurt. #1: 3/4 Serving Cytogainer + Oats + Strawberries + Blueberries #2: Cheese stick, cashews, trail mix, and ON 100% Whey #3: Roast beef on whole wheat with mustard; cup of cottage cheese; spinach; whole tomato; grapes; 16oz milk #4: The rest of meal #1 + BCAAs #5: Whey + Cytocarb and Sizeon + BCAAs #6: Beef jerky and some ice crizzle :) hey, its carbs and protein; virtually no fat. #7: big ass burger and a tea. oops. That adds up to about 3,000 clean calories; 700 dirty calories. I went a little over today, but the Havoc and raped body needs the food at this point. I can tell this max ot/west side **** is going to get me stronger than piss.

Personal Record Today was an amazing day in the gym. I broke a PR of my deadlift being 340. It's 345lb now. The old 340lb was with straps. I hit 345 with nothing but chalk. Deadlift 135 x 5 225 x 3 275 x 3 315 x 1 325 x 1 335 x 1 340 x 1 345 x 1 350 x 0 (exhaustion) Barbell Curls 65 x 8 85 x 6 95 x 4 EZ Curl Barbell Curls 55 x 6 65 x 6 65 x 6 Wide grip this = pump. Barbell Row 135 x 8 180 x 6 205 x 6 225 x 6 Pull Down 160 x 6 Close Grip 170 x 6 Widest Grip pump set 130 x 12 Seated Cable Row 160 x 6 200 x 6 220 x 6 (220 is the whole rack.) 90 x 12 into a one arm 90 x 5 on each arm superset. Ab and Oblique work No cardio today. Dead tired from deadlifts. Shew lord. Diet #1: Cytogainer #2: 5 Boiled Eggs, Whey, Cheese Stick #3: 2 Cans Tuna, 2 Eggs, 16oz Chocolate Milk During W/O: SizeOn PWO: Whey + Cytocarb II #4: Tilapia Filet, 2 yam patties #5: Will be boiled shrimp and a whole plain baked potato #6: 4 Eggs in a mayo and mustard egg salad Adds up to 3200-3400 Calories 310-330g Protein 250-280g Carbs 110-130g Fat 95% Clean, chocolate milk was the only dirty all day long.

Perrynaytor uhm so today was pretty hellish in training. ME squats are ridiculous, to say the least. Leg Day Total Training Time: 53 Minutes ME Box Squats (60-90 Second Rests) 135 x 10 (Warm Up) 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 3 315 x 1 then exhaustion set in.. 295 x 1 295 x fail and stuck on the box; had to bail out 275 x 1 275 x 1 My entire body didn't feel pumped or jacked.. just ****in' destroyed. My "swole" ego was shot after this. I can tell this max ot/west side **** is going to get me stronger than piss. LOL, ego destroyed, good for ya. If you need to on max effort days you can rest longer, but with max OT I understand you don't want to rest too long. I could see going heavy every minute being a real tough one.

Well.. Havoc is simply amazing. My abdominal V is getting clearer each day and I am getting more vascular all while eating caloric surplus. I am currently at about 180lb bloated and still about 10% body fat, so I think I have lost some fat and gained muscle. Pumps are unbelievable, plus strength is going up. Side effects so far.. I have a strange consistency of sperm and getting to climax is a little tough. I think it's because I was high dosing for the past five days. I think my prostrate got a bit swollen so I am cutting down to 20mg ED for three weeks and then 30mg ED for one week and jumping on PCT. I am very veryyyy testy, though. I have almost gotten in a fight with two best friends and Saturday night I considered going and picking a fight just for fun.. but I am of legal age. I was going to pulse 8 weeks all together, but I find it ineffective. So, great cycle at low to moderate doses. I can't wait to do an M-Drol/3-AD cycle this winter.

eh, gotta go to work today. hate that place so bad. diet #1: cytogainer, as always #2: cheese stick, whey, shrimp #3: natural turkey on whole wheat with mustard, cottage cheese and raisins and peaches, 16oz milk, some of my gf's fries and hotdog =] #4: 3 eggs and two pieces of cheese #5: will be whey/cytogainer at work #6: will be whatever i indulge on when I get home at about 8:30 minus carbs. about 3000 clean calories, and 200 dirties. lots of protein and carbs. whatever. sore and tired today. not in the mood. lethargy is kicking in. Seo, I am definitely resting longer from now on. I almost died. lol.

Weight today: 180.3lb +7lb since Havoc & Max OT/West Side began I will be measuring this weekend, but I did measure my waist last night and I stand at a 32.5" so my BF is still considerably low for a bulk and a 7 pound gain. I think the soreness of deadlifts on monday affected this workout, but maybe I am making excuses and acting like a ****because I missed a lift. Okay so today was chest/tris/calves.. Big **** hole on bench press. ME Bench Press 135 x 5 185 x 3 205 x 3 225 x 1 245 x Choked; Bad spot, pussed out, wtf ever. 230 x 1 225 x 1 185 x 3 205 x 3 I was pretty well pissed at missing 245, but I know I could have gotten 240 so I'm counting up 5lb on the big press. DB Flat BP 60 x 6 70 x 6 80 x 4 PR I could never even get 80's once about a week ago, so yep. Incline Smith BP 135 x 8 145 x 6 Into Flat 185 x 6 Incline DB Fly 40 x 6 45 x 6 50 x 6 Close Grip BP 135 x 6 145 x 6 155 x 5 Dips 6 5 +35lb 3 Reps Overhead Extension 165 x 6 205 x 5 Then calves were worked hard.. I walked for 10 minutes. Diet #1:Cytogainer #2: Chicken Pot pie biscuit thingie, whey, cheese stick #3: Cottage cheese + raisins, whole wheat turkey sandwich with mayo, something else but egh I forget #4: Sizeon and Whey + Cytocarb #5: Chick-Fil-A 24 nuggets #6: i dunoo #7: i dunoooooooooo; will edit these later.

Weighing in at 182lb today. That is a +11lb gain in the past two week since beginning Havoc. Body fat = unchanged or maybe less. My stomach is flatter and flatter each day and the obliques and shining brighter. MY back is a lot bigger or fuller or something. I look big as **** today. Today was Legs and ME Squats. I didn't one rep squats today though ME Box Squats 135 x 5 225 x 3 245 x 3 275 x 3 295 x 3 315 x 3 PR Leg Extension 120 x 8 170 x 6 200 x 6 240 x 6 Leg Curl 110 x 6 130 x 6 140 x 4 Power Clean 105 x 1 135 x 1 135 x 1 155 x 1 165 x 1 Ab Work ___________________________________________________ It suprised me how easily I did 315. I had a tremendous spot (he is learning more and more) and I got it no problem and felt secure. That means my 1RM has gone up =]

I'm the swole guy on the far right, lol. The call of the wild looking guy is the one who I am currently helping begin training. He's my new and long lasting partner in crime. Obviously, my senior prom was yesterday. I didn't lift because of pictures so I missed a shoulder day. I missed a few meals also which sucked, but hey, I had a lot of fun. I guess everyone has one day that is off, right? Anyway, I took cold measurements this morning 5'9" 181lb Neck: 16.75" Chest: 42.5" Shoulder: 48.5" Waist: 32.5" Bicep: 15.5" Quad: 24" Calves: 15.25" Not bad, eh? To have gone up 10lb, I believe I have indeed added weight in the right areas.

Currently dosing Havoc at 40mg ED now. Feeling the effects. Vascularity is getting amazing, focus is unbelieveable. This stuff is miraculous.

365 to 405 is a huge jump lol, nice job on the 365 though, just work your way up you'll get it especially if 365 was easy.
