you noticed any changes in strength or health? on the article it says the upper safe side is around 10,000 IUs so I might go big on dosing.

I got the honor of working out with the strongest guy in my town. He used to do amateur shows and powerlifting meets back in his younger days, but now he just goes "light" I started out with some squats, and we went pretty easy with those 135 x 5 225 x 5 225 x 5 225 x 5 225 x 5 225 x 5 then deadlift was next and these are his favorite. The guy was doing WARM UPS with 545 pounds deficit deads. Deficits 225 x 10 225 x 10 225 x 10 275 x 5 ; 1 minute static hold 315 x 3 ; 1 minute static hold Conventional (aiming for 30 reps) 225 x 24 275 x 10 now i feel dead. i'm about to go eat a ton of meat and potatoes. toodles.

buddy of mine just signed up at the Y and wanted me to go with him this morning, so I did. i knew this mofo never would work legs, so i bit the pillow and struggled through extreme hammy soreness to show him the ropes. front squats 135 x 8 185 x 5 205 x 5 215 x 5 225 x 3 leg press 390 x 10 430 x 10 510 x 8 560 x 6 590 x 6 smith machine press 135 x 10 175 x 8 195 x 6 205 x 5 then we played some ball. all in all, i was pretty tired after, but the ymca sucks ass. too many damn weekend warriors. diet so far 1:2 eggs, cheese, mayo, 8 pieces bacon 2:carton of premade egg salad, cup of broccoli and carrots 3: protein shake with olive oil sitting right at around 1860 and i need to get up to about 4200, so i got a lot of damn eating to do.

this BBB program is a little tougher than I expected. I over estimated my bench press for reps soooooo today looked like this BB Corner Row Warm up 90 x 20; 135 x 15 180 x 15 205 x 13 230 x 10; Didn't make it to 13, but whatever. Bench Press Warm up 45 x 20; 95 x 10 135 x 13 135 x 13 ; super pumped 95 x 15 hopefully next monday I will be able to bump this to 155 for 13-15 EZ Bar Curl Warm Up 15 x 12; 35 x 12 55 x 13 55 x 13 75 x 13 Calf Press Super Set with Donkey Raises I don't remember this, but my calves hurt, so whatever. Walked 6 minutes or so at a moderate pace. Keto bulk diet 1: 2 eggs, cheese, mayo, 8 slices bacon 2: 2 cans of tuna, cheese, mayo 3: 6 hamburger patties and 6 slices of cheese 4: beef protein isolate and olive oil right now at about 2500 calories and still 2000 or so to go.

weight today: 188.4 which is 1.6lb down from yesterday. I am guessing its water and lack of glycogen today. wow, i feel dead. Military Press Warm up 95 x 5 145 x 10 145 x 10 125 x 10 BTN wow, my shoulders were so pumped and just worthless after this smith machine CGBP 135 x 10 155 x 10 185 x 7 + 3 yep. then we went to.. squats warm up 135 x 5 185 x 15; this felt like a widowmaker 205 x 11 205 x 9 I think maybe I could have got to 11 again on the last set, buttttttttttt my legs were trying to give up completely so I decided against abs routine I have eaten a lot today.. eggs, bacon, cheese, chicken salad, shredded pork, beef protein.. etc. Probably going to hit up a burger joint and just eat the burger, cheese, and mayo later.

He posted his "Keto Bulk Diet" the 26th in his log, I know it's not a conventional method of using Keto but certain things work for certain people i guess.

I have been doing keto almost non stop now for about 3 months, but here recently I am going for more carbs for better recovery. BBB is extremely demanding, and I will probably switch back over to keto after the 18 weeks. as for the body builder lifestyle - college really isn't working out, and i can't decide what I want to do, and i'm failing classes. if i tried to go pro, or at least got half way there i think i could make a basic living doing what i love. lol, i did think about like what it would be like to go into public and be that big. i dont like a lot of attention from EVERYONE like most bodybuilders get. i like female attention and thats about it. idk dudes.

Pretty good lifts for only three hours of sleep. If I sleep three hours and try to do bench presses the next day and I lie down on the bench to perform sets I have the sudden urge to just fall asleep under the bar, it's an awkward feeling.

You're not gonna get laid for being a bber, you have to love bodybuilding in general and have a huge passion for it. Id imagine itd be hard to make a living in bodybuilding alone, very hard.

You've been doing it for a while - When do you start to get your energy back on CKD? I've been doing it for a few weeks now but with getting up at 3 am starting work at 6 and working out in the evenings and I'm absolutely ****ed. I'm shooting up around 1000mgs of caffeine a day but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

I'd say around week two. It took me actually 3 different cycles of doing the diet before my body got adjusted, but now that I am adjusted, keto is a walk in the park. I know how you feel, I felt the same for a while. Tough it out though mate. I'm able to get into ketosis now in less than 24 hours, and my body is tolerant of carbs now. I knocked out a 3 course meal at Olive Garden last night, and went for ice cream all while finishing the day at 100% speed and having productive sex. Used to, I would just want to sleep and couldn't think of any females, haha.

I cheat like a motherfugger until I get down to about 10% body fat. Once I hit that, I don't cheat anymore to be able to get to around 7-8%. This summer, I'm going for 5%. chest, bis, back, calves Bench Press Warm up 135 x 13 145 x 13 145 x 13; up 10 pounds from last week on two working sets which is good 95 x 13 Row 185 x 13 205 x 13 225 x 13 245 x 13 Concentration Curk 60 x 13 60 x 13 60 x 13 50 x 13; extremely wide grip Did some calf presses until my gym partner came in. I was feeling froggy and decided to throw in some heavy sets just for strength bench 185 x 5 235 x 3 255 x 2.. easy as pie. i think i coulda hit 3 275 x 1; i was really shaky and psyched myself out as usual. I will break 275 one day anyway, time to go enjoy the evening.
