today there was this huge guy at the gym I am buddies with and he was doing chest, and somehow we became workout partners. I am getting back to my 275 quick

then I did some things with him, like he wanted me to try declines and la de da, so I did it to amuse myself. Then I went with

I think I can do 100's now.

Lots of pull ups and a few cable rows.

Squatting tomorrow, hopefully 405. MY rack pull might get a 600 tomorrow i dunooo.

I am going to do some timed sprints and oly HIIT tonight.

I almost rack pulled 545 today but it slipped due to the lack of knurling on the bar.

worked on some power cleans and deep squatting and some high pulls and pull ups.

currently I am carbing up. feel kinda sluggish. ish.

I carbed up for 36 hours and now I feel like balls and I'm all bloated. Back into keto with

4 eggs, mayo, cheese
4 cheese burgers no bun

Got about 1100 calories and gotta go to work. might go run tonight

Perry how do you feel the burgers with no bun are benefiting you? I had it included in my keto and someone told me they are examples of the saturated fats and not the healthy fats. Do you use a George Foreman grill?

I usually only go with them when I am on the run. I stopped by mac D's and used their burgers with no bun after church - which is also right before work.

I prefer eating nothing but eggs and tuna though TBH

Eggs make me strong as ****. They must have teh steroidz in them

ok, so this was fun. lol. I forgot how hard 20 rep sets were until my upper body was numb and my knees were beginning to buckle on rep 17

I coulda had 4, but my spotter racked it for me, damnit.

i think i might have been able to get 365; looks like I'm beginning to get as strong as I was on epistane without the epistane this time.

i purely worked on form there.

then I did some HIIT 1 minute running 1 minute walking for about 5 minutes. I am gonna jog tonight

diet so far
4 eggs, butter, cheese, mayo
2 oz almonds, 2 cans tuna mayo and cheese

sitting at around 1600 calories; 3500 is my target

as far as diet goes, i have had more almonds, cheese, chicken salad, etc. Think I'm going to add in low GI carbs until next week.

Today I have only eaten oats with a banana and whole wheat bread as my carb sources. I will probably keep them low to none for the rest of the day now.

Okay so my total diet was 90% clean

1: 3 eggs, cup of oats in milk, 16oz milk
2: Muscle Milk + Milk + Cyto Carb II
3: 3 grilled chicken sandwiches, fruit cup
4: Two plates of spaghetti with whole wheat noodles, 16oz milk
5: Carnivore protein shake
6: Ice cream
7: probably some almonds and meat before bed

Well I took a few measurements today actually after I had my dinner. I want to get up to about oh say 215 at the end of this bulk. After that, I will cut down to a 9% ish 195.

I am doing well at not gaining fat and slowly putting on a couple of pounds per week. I think the runs with keto has made me very very carb sensitive so my nutrient partioning is working out very nicely. It's one of the MAJOR pros of keto, if nothing else.

About four weeks ago I ran keto for two weeks to shed some fat I put on quickly after starting my first bulk. I ate too much junk food. That put me down to about 186. I am now sitting at 191 ish two weeks later.

Height: 5'9"
Neck: 18"
Bicep: 16"
Shoulder girth: 52.5"
Chest: 43.5"
Forearm: 13"
Waist: 34"
Quad: 23.5"
Calves: 15.5"
BF%: 11-12% depending on time of day really

So yeahh, I'm gonna do some maxes in about 4 weeks.

I'm just arguing purely for bodybuilding/powerlifting sakes and im having other crap brought in that i wasn't trying to argue about. I don't think you understood what i was trying to convey or i didn't do a good job because a lot of your arguments that had stuff saying i was wrong about i actually agreed with you about so anywaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaays.

I did some wide stance squats, front squats and power cleans today. I kinda went moderate on the weight because I think my body needs a deload so I am giving it one this week. did some barbell circuits and so on.

I haven't pulled 365 in a long long time, so I was happy about that. I should be back up to 405 in a few weeks and hopefully 5 wheels by January. Then I repped some moderate/light squats, bench, and power cleans. Few sets of pull ups.
