Hey guys, So im just starting out weight lifting again and i havent done any in ages so im just gunna ask a few questions. Now a little about myself: 1: Im 17 years old, turning 18 2: Im around 178cm tall 3: About 75-80kg in weight This is what i am currently lifting/doing note: I only have 2 dumbells with 7.5k on each but i can get 15k per dumbell if i put all on the one bar. Biceps: 3x10 at 7.5kg Bench Press: 3x25 at 7.5kg Sit Ups: 3x30 Push Ups: 3x15 1: Is this enough to get relativly big for now? If not how much should i lift? and how many reps? and any other excercises? 2: Should i start using any supplements? Protien Power? Creatine? 3: Any other tips/facts/advice i should know? Thanks for your help everyone!

In my opinion, I think you should create a routine that would "warm-up" your body to exercises.Meaning, a whole body routine is what you should do for the meantime, since you just got back from a loooong hiatus from weightlifting. Then after 2 weeks or so (provided you do this 3 to 4 times a week), then you switch to the split bodyparts program. And to answer your question, relatively, you won't get "big". Sure, the 3 bodyparts you mentioned should recieve some growth, but trust me when I say this that after some time, you would plateau if you stick with that routine. As for the programs, there are plenty that are listed here and many great people to ask from in this site. Also, you don't get big from the weights, it is what you eat. But I'm sure you already know that buddy. There are factoids on what and what not to eat in the nutrition section of this site as well. Supplements? meeeeehh... Protein supplements probably but none more for now in my humble opinion. Let's see what the other guys will say. Cheers Wilson!

You simply don't have enough weight to see any more than some newb gains, even then your newb gains would outlast the weights you have to provide them with. You need more weight.
