Starting Keto, One week in - pic - Saturday, July 18, 2009 7:50 PM ( #1 )
Started Keto about 4 days ago, haven't had any substantial carbs since and I am already leaner than I've been in about 2 or 3 years lol.  This is my last picture I posted to compare with, I weight about 10-15lbs less now but I don't know how much size I've lost, I don't think I look smaller but who knows.

Yeah dude, you have lost some of the gut. Your upper abs appear more visible, or it's lighting. I have fat on my stomach the same way as you.

I always craved carbs hardcore on the third night.

I'm fairly lean in the old pic but I can definitely see a difference in the mirror, the upper abs are starting to pop out just when I thought I didn't have any.  It isn't all from the keto though I've been eating healthier in general since summer started, plus I'm sure the no carbs for the last week sucked some water outta me.

how is the cardio?  and don't run the keto yet.. Drop a tad more on a reg diet.  You don't want to use the Keto for too long.  Just run it the last few weeks of the cut.   That's just what I have been told and what I did :\   Not that what I did really matters cause everyone is different.

Our builds are pretty similar, but you hardly carry any fat on your chest...and for that, I hate you...

I'm not planning for running it long, just for a month or so.  Only tryin to cut some fat before school starts back up so I can bulk again.  Cardio- hill sprints, basketball, plyos

Chalky-you can see more cut through the upper body too, especially around the delts.   I've seen your lifts on this site, pretty damn impressive.

What is your current weight ... and what weight are you looking at dropping to?
