ORIGINAL: SilentSamurai 2lb's a month! are you guys serious!? is gaining really that complicated? Sure there are some of you that say its up to your genes. but damn...This is going to take forever (Not a bad thing) But then again. even 10lb's later I will look 10x better than i am now. Building a nice solid physique takes years... You ever notice those big ripped dudes you seen around the gym have trained 5 - 10+ years... If you want everything right away then this isn't going to be your sport. It took me 3 years to gain 60lbs and even that was some what of an accomplishment for being a rookie body builder. Judging by your build you look to be some what of an ecto.. having really small bones.. I honestly think it's going to take you atleast 2 years to hit your goal.

Doesn't really belong in this section. But I had bought 2 cans of NOXCG3 to try it out and since i bought it i'd rather it not goto waste. Is creatine and all the other "stuff" NOX has in it, would that be a booster in anyway or should i not even bother with the stuff. My mentality is...If you already have it. Might as well use it. What are your thoughts?

im really stoked guys and gals! But a week and a half ago I weighed in at 139.6-140 lb's. @ 23 % body fat now im 142.9-143 and 17% body fat. Cant say how accurate my weight machine is, but thats noticable in my book! Gave me a nice smile this morning :) Then again. I've read people taking dumps bigger than my weight change and seein bigger differences afterwards. Hopefully thats not my case. Adam

going up 6lbs can't result in 6% BF reduction not to mention you are wayyyyyy less than 17% bf. You are about 11-12% I reckon - thats going off your pictures.
