Starchy Carbs

Hi, Sorry to be a pain askin q's all the time but I am trying to get some defined goalposts in situ! I am aware that one needs to eat starchy carbs with a lean protein to aid fat loss. I am now eating my cals at 20% below my tdee and every third day going back to my tdee. My question is: During the day, out of your carb intake, (which for me is 40%) how much should be starchy carbs and how much should be fibrous? (I am aware that 2/3 should be complex and the rest simple) Cheers. Once I've got this one straight I shall shut up for a while! Brigsy. (If this should be in Nutrition could a mod please shift it?)

I guess thats got people stumped then! I have just weighed myself from last week using a 20% cal deficit rather than the 30% zig zag I was trying. I have put a damn pound on. This is really doing my head in. I have been stuck forever..... Gonna try starchy carbs for meal 1 and 2 (breakfast) then fibrous greens etc for the rest. Here goes.....

Keep starches for breakfast and for your pre workout meal Everything else should be them greens ;), it'll be kind of hard to fit in 40% of your carbs like that so you could eat starchy carbs for meal 2 aswell for now. When you start lowering your carbs to 20-30% then it should be easy :) Good luck with everything bro Btw that extra pound could easily be water, dont start stressing yourself out, that can only make it worse..
