have you tried a reset? Perhaps raising the volume (sets + reps) but lowering the intensity (weight lifted)? Slowly bring the intensity up week after week until after a month it should be around your current max, then drop the volume and raise the intensity (drop to higher weight lower reps) and witness the dual factor theory at work.

Eating more is always an easy way to increase your lifts. Also other than repping 185, I don't see anywhere where you are doing flat bench? Of course other lifts help, but if you want to improve on something, generally it helps to do it. Also is this your full workout? Because I see alot more upper body lifts than lower body..one last thing is that I think instead of the cytogainer shakes 3x a day, you should try and get some solid foods in you. Pretty nice lifts btw.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185
