Wednesday September 23rd, 2009 Squat 3x5 195 lbs Press 3x5 100 lbs Pullps 3xF 5 My squat I feel I can increase by more then 5 pounds, especially today, but I would rather keep it slow and steady and work my way up then take jumps.

Friday September 25th, 2009 Squat 3x5 205 lbs Bench Press 3x5 70 DBs Pullups 3xF 6,6,4 As you can see I upped my squat by 10 pounds this time to see how it would go and it was definitely a raw increase, on the very last rep though I would only count it as a 3/4th rep, and the last one on the bench took about a minute. lol
