My squat I feel I can increase by more then 5 pounds, especially today, but I would rather keep it slow and steady and work my way up then take jumps.

Bench Press 3x5 70 DBs
Pullups 3xF 6,6,4

As you can see I upped my squat by 10 pounds this time to see how it would go and it was definitely a raw increase, on the very last rep though I would only count it as a 3/4th rep, and the last one on the bench took about a minute. lol
