This really isn't a product review although I'll give a few of my own insights.

I recently cycled off of everything following an injury, just to give my body a fresh start and hopefully get the maximum effect from supplements..anyways..as of right now I have 100% whey, cytogainer, creatine burst, some zma's and i was just given a bottle of gakic & cr-5..

my question is how should i go about stacking these for maximum performance?  right now my cycle goes ..100% whey+creatine in the am, no-xplode pre-workout, cytogainer post-workout, 100% whey+zma's..

the other question i have is how much overkill on creatine do i have? i'm going to finish out my creatine burst before starting the cr-5, but as of now i'm taking the burst in the morning, NO pre-workout(which i've been told is a creatine), then cytogainer(which contains creatine)...i've heard you can only process so much and you just urinate the rest out..?
also i'd like to start taking the gakic during all of this..is that going to be too much as well?

The only product i'll hype as of right now based on my own experience is no-xplode..I cycled that for a couple months and had amazing workouts/results from it.  I put on 50 lbs on my bench(granted i had a really solid base) in 2 weeks and was continuing to increase before I injured my shoulder in the process(too much weight and i came down too far)..needless to say the results with no were definitely there.  the only thing i would say about it is i'd save it for your biggeer upper body days(chest, arms, shoulders)..i was taking it before everywork out and even on non-workout days as recommended and my body got so used to it that i was having to use 3 scoops and just couldn't get the same feel.  Another thing is..after i cycled off everything..i'm now taking no again but i dont feel the same pump/boost that i used to get from it..i'm not sure why that would be either i'd been cycled off for 2 months.

I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near an "overkill" on creatine, I have heard that you piss the excess out, but I have also heard that taking in a lot of creatine and not drinking enough water to support it can damage your liver.  Add up the amount, in grams, you are taking per day and don't let it exceed 10.
