I would think so. But i think you will be fine with a preworkout supplement (NO-Xplode), NO Supplement (Nitrix) and the muscle milk.

Yea, that's a good idea.  It'll be easier on your pockets too.

So no Cellmass then is what you are saying?  Does No-Xplode contain the CEM Creatine?

I believe it does.  The label says this

Creatine Production: Patent-pending, medically proven EndoCreatine gives you maximum benefits of creatine loading and storage by increasing your body's natural production of creatine.

Exactly, they say that “Creatine GCC” is a creatine precursor that increases your body’s natural production of creatine.

In other words, there is no creatine in muscle milk; rather it contains a substance that they believe will cause your body to produce more creatine on its own. You did know that your body produces creatine right?

I’m not bashing muscle milk; it’s the protein supplement that I use. But I use it mostly because of the awesome taste. It’s not the best whey protein on the market despite it exorbitant price, but the taste is unbeatable.

Sorry; the man is correct and much ado about nothing, but Muscle Milk DOES NOT have creatine in it. It has glycocyamine and betaine anhydrous in it which may have been shown to be creatine PRECURSORS (not actually creatine). Supposedly the human body uses these two ingredients in the liver to produce more creatine naturally. So it contains no creatine monohydrate or derivative thereof...
