Stacker2--Stacker3--ephedra?

Hi,
I was in walgreens the other day and saw stacker 2 with no ephedra.. i always see commericals for stacker 2 and stacker 3, but does it actually work.. and stupid question.. whats ephedra? whats it do?? is it worth buying stacker 2 or stacker 3?

if your my age(16) or so, i would say ephedra may not be the safest fat burner. its a raelly hardcore product. you could try using basic cuts and melting point like i use. i think they work great. i see you already read my review, so u can make a decision of whether or not to buy them.
IM BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!!!!!

Yeah,
Im 16 years old... just hadn't a clue what ephedra was...do you use BOTH basic cuts and Melting point?? and if your currently cutting, im almost at the cutting stage.. how long am i suppose to cut for?

Ephedra is a herb, discovered in China over 5000 years ago. It has been shown to increase metabolism, relax air passages in the lungs, and promote urination. The more refined form of ephedra is called ephidrine, and there is also pseudoephidrine. They are commonly used in cold and asthma medicines. It is also the main ingredient used to make methamphetamine, a highly addictive and destructive drug.
It's not a good workout unless you doubt your sanity when you are done...

I tried Stacker2 for a few weeks. Its loaded with caffeine which I soon discovered I hate. It affects my sleep and makes me irratible too. I didnt notice any real big results from it either. Right now I'm on Melting Point so I'll post my reviews in a few weeks.
