Hey I have noticed that when I squat I totally can not stand the bar when it sits on my neck. The weight on my spine just feels like its gonna crush it.

If this has happened to you please offer some new techniques or pads of something that you can buy.

Don't sit the bar on your neck- That's improper placement. Put the bar lower down, so that it doesn't sit on your spine at all- Rather, it should sit on either your traps or your rear delts, so that no real contact is made with the bar and the spine.
