Think I could have popped out a few more with this but I'm working on form. Any suggestions appreciated. Squat Vid

Pretty damn good form. I don't see anything wrong with it. Good knee/hip angles. Good depth. Good hip drive. Good lift.

hmm.. I do them a little different.. But my legs end up in 90 like yours or just below. I think you could increase your squats alot more. I got mine up to 315 x 10 and 365 x 3 by using a Ball. You know the rubber balls you blow up? I started with a bigger one that when i sat put me at 90 but it helped me from that point into the rest of my lift. Then I used another one that put me below 90 and helped me get to 90 then it was all leg drive from there. After the small ball I moved on to a bench and I sit on the bench. Different type of squat I know but you notice the weight really starts to pile on.

My opinion wouldn't match the credibility of Mark Rippetoes, but I thought it looked good, good depth, good hip drive, good form, even with the 325 lbs. A 325 lbs for reps parallel squat is highly impressive.
