ORIGINAL: existent Also on a side note, is there any advantage having rubber weights than cast iron weights? and also, what's the difference between standard weights and the olympic weigths? the hole size?? Yes, the difference is the hole size... And on your choices of weight benches.. definitely not the first one... and I'd say the best two option are 2 and 3... and 3 is quite a bit cheaper, but has a max cap. of 60 lbs less than option 2...

Most of the iron plates don't have wholes around the edge of the plates like the rubber ones do.. the advantage to the rubber plates is you can do other exercises a lot easier with just the plates..like, front raises, shrugs, farmer walks etc.. Plus, if you keep them in the house.. they're a little easier on the furniture if you accidentally bump something and a little less likely to scuff furniture..
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

I can get the 3rd one from somewhere else for about the same price as #2, so i guess a toss up between those two thanks :d

ORIGINAL: Soccerking3000 what is it made out of? tin foil? lmao .... Mine have always held more than say, sometimes over 100 lbs more with no problem... They just make the "max" ultra low so there's nearly no chance it will break at that weight so they wont get sued...

I ordered from fitness superstore and they sent the wrong bench, it took ages to replace because most of their stock comes from the states. Their staff were pretty unhelpful too.

When I've looked up power racks I've always looked at the max load. 250lbs max load? Are you serious? My standard $200AU bench which I shouldn't even be doing Squats on can take 350lbs.
