I've just got a few questions: How often should one do pylometric exercises? Once a week? And, does this routine sound ok to do in the morning: Warm up Sprint 50m, 20 times, with complete rest between each Warm down.

i've been wonderin the same thing.. not to hijack, but how many reps of each plyo should you do and how often?

one time or two times a week is cool. just depends on how far along you are and how your body adjusts to what you are doing!
