Baby steps...
03/04
Grade 10, linear, strength and con (which from now on I will refer to as S&C), linear meaning we had it every other day, all year, rather than semestered. The teacher was a good guy, friendly, we did like him, but he wasn't true to the muscle. We didn't know much about what our muscles wanted, the nutrients they needed. High reps, 'bout 6 sets, my fat ass was sweating like crazy as I was basically pumping cardio. Weight wise I don't rember a whole lot, I remember bicep curling 15's... wow. When we'd bench it would be 1 rep of our max, and we'd always just try to increase that max rep. It was toward the end of that year, going into grade 11, i don't know, I wanted pussy, bad, and not some ugly bitch. I always hung out with the popular crowd, and was always with hot bitches. I wanted hot ass, asap. Towards the end of that year I was getting depressed, and began to smoke alot of pot, working up to doing it everyday, around may of 04. I rember getting serious. June 1st, it all started for real. I told myself, If i get in good shape, I can smoke as much pot as I want. With a wicked diet, and a bit of stoned starvation (**** that munchn out bullshit) I actually didn't mind stoned starvation, I lost about 20-30 lbs that summer. I'd wake up around noon, have breakfast, nothing else, have dinner, nothing else, but by about 8pm i'd be ****ing hungry, and stoned and awake for about another 6 hours, burning fat in my mobile state. I had a taste of not being so fat, and it tasted ****ing good, come to think of it, perhaps.... a little too good.

I instantly notice the reaction from the opposite sex. They notice me more now, much more flirty, this is cool, I'm liking this. I got lazy. Enjoying my results I cared less about pushing so hard, though I still had quite a while to go. I steadily smoked pot everyday, drugs, drugs, drugs. I wasn't getting pussy, and the dope made me happy. At the time, I really was happy too, I didn't even think negativly about smoking pot at all. Do it a lunch during school, yay, get the day going. Skip school, smoke drugs. It's strange, at certain points, perhaps it was the time of my life. Happy, careless, no worries, thoguh my body needed work, I was truley happy, in my stoned, dazed phase.

SEMESTER II
Now I was in S&C again, and for the third consecutive year, Jesse was in my class. Meet Mr.Fitz, sure is a crazy gym teacher, we'd laugh, and joke, about how into some of the demos he'd do. Though he's quite a character, and is partially joking alot of the time he is serious about the muscle, serious about "GETTING HUGE!" he'd yell. "Squats, now that's a man work out" He taught me the best things I know about working out. Before him, I didn't even know that the actually muscle growth was outside of the gym. How important protein is, lower reps, high resistance, complex movments. Basically Squats are the ****! Deadlifts, Benchpress! "WELCOME TO THE DEN OF IRON!"

This was when things really kicked into gear, it became really serious.

March 1st 05
Bench press - 110lbs -7 reps after my while of not working out, and starvation based weight loss, I was actually weaker.
3 dips was my max
3 chin ups
3 pull ups
35lb DB shoulder press
90lb 7 rep Squats, my first day of squatting ever

April 1st (3 sets, generally 7 reps)
120 Bench
7 chin ups (fat fast ice breaking gains)
7 pull ups              ||
5 Dips
20lb DB Bi curl
40lb Skull crushers (overhead DB tricep extension)
40 DB shoulder press
145lb Squats (Oh yeah baby)

Squats were the ****, and I was gaining like an ape

May2nd
170 Squats
125 Bench
8 Dips
55lb skull crushers

June
130 Bench
220 Squats
30 DB Bicep curls
60 Skull crushers
8 Chin ups/Pull ups
10 dips (right down steady and deep, to my ****ing chin)
40 DB Shoulder press

This was the semester that changed everything, I became more defined,and I now had that burning desire to pump iron. I still smoked pot everyday, but I was just starting to get tired of it. Worked in a factory, hard all summer.

Mid semester it was really starting to sink in. For the first time I found myself being chased by girls, I had never had girls liking me, I'd always like them. Now 5'7.5" 145 lbs, without noticing it for some time, the results were actually changing my personality. I became confident, ****y, more in your face, and careless, more comfortable with myself then ever. Without realising it I owe myself to Mr. Fitz. Without him, I wouldn't have the body I have, and my personality wouldn't be the same, he made me who I am. I don't really care about getting into the specifics of my work out in the first semester, but gradually I worked up to.

35lb Bicep curl
80lb Skull crushers (I liked that)
165lb Bench Press

For some foolish pussy ass bitch bullshit reason, I stopped squatting, I was tired of it, I was a bitch, I didn't care enoguh anymore to work that hard. I loved the results, I was happy with my life, I started to smoke less pot, I had things going on with girls, it was good... I gained a bit of weight.

Now this online training journal actually starts.
Monday I was 165lb and I am now 5'8"
I'm down to 163 now
I've done this before, and for some reason I like to do it this way. I eat as low fat as possible, try to run everyday, hit the body hard. I've lost over ten pounds in a few weeks doing this before. Is it the best thing to do? no probably not, iuno, but, If you want to lose weight fast, I'm going to start posting everything I eat, and every activity I do, starting monday next week.

Necessities: Vectore, Special K, Protein powder (5lb sack), Skim milk (unlimited supply), 12 grain bread, Eggs, fruit and veggies, Cardio nearly everyday (not after legs are sore from work out). That's the basic, but as I said, starting monday, I'm going to get into detail, and get serious, I want a six pack for the summer, and I wouldnt mind losing as much as 20 lbs (I want to be lean as hell). Losing muscle isn't a big deal to me, because I already have like 15 inch biceps, and for my size, I'm pretty bulky. My next post will be on monday, so if you're interested, watch how fast I can erally burn.
