I realise that most of the people that post here are in high school. This topic was made to simply see what sports other members play. This can be either in school or outside of school. But not just one you play with your friends for fun. Enjoy I guess...

School:
Wrestling (undefeated 189)
Football (Tight End)

Well, it means an overall average of all your school classes. Generally it's out of a maximum 4.0 scale, so a gpa of 1.2 is pretty sad, 2.0 is considered minimum passing GPA.

Example:

Math - Grade A
Science - Grade B
English - Grade C
Foreign Language - Grade B
Social Studies - Grade C

If all classes have the same credit hours or other weighted measure, then to figure out your GPA you would do the following:
For each A add 4 (4 total), each B add 3 (10 total), each C add 2 (14 total), each D add 1 and each F add 0. Then divide the total, 14, by the number of classes (or credit hours, or quarter hours, or whatever weighted measure is being used) for, in this case, an overall GPA of 2.8.

Hope this helps

Paul

yup, i really messed up last semester with 5 F's and 2 A's (lol, 2 A's in basketball and weight training class) that is why im going to a new school, so i can get away from my bad influence friends. I skipped like 4 days everyweek in my old school.

But in my new school, where i have no bad influence friends, We just got our progress reports and I had the highest grade in my English class "95.9", which is really weird because i sleep throught the whole class.

I hope i will get my gpa higher then a 2.0 by next year so i can go for Football, Wrestling, and Soccer... most important of all, get a good gpa so the coach will let me in his weight room after school!

You'd be a monster at wrestling 8pack. Your bodyfat is low and you can bench more than 1.5 of your bodyweight. The question is, DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?! No, its more of, do you have the responsibility and the skill. I had a 1.8 last semester. I have around a 3.8 now. Wrestling definitly helps build responsibility.

Algebra- 96
English (honors)- 108
Earth Science (honors)- 98
Spanish- 26 Smile
World History- 91
Healthful Living A- 93
Computer Art 1- 100

Edit: I gave up curling when I dropped the damn thing on my foot! Only Canadians will understand that probably.

lol, that would hurt to get it dropped on your foot. the worst I ever had was standing on the ice and not looking around, then a rock going down the ice just slid under me and took out my legs. I fell on my ass. Smile

i've curled like, twice, i thought it was more of a skill sport than strength or speed.

I'm a senior and I play soccer but i do just about every extreme sport you can think of but he said not sports you do just for fun. So soccer's it.

with a 3.2 gpa. but 4 of my 6 classes are college courses(so really hard). 8pack i'd tutor you if you were here!lolSmile
