Split Workout // Using Supersets!! - Thursday, July 16, 2009 9:31 PM ( #1 )
Now that I'm going to college I have so much free time I can dedicate to body building!

I want to do a split - 4 or 5 days not quiet sure.  Each day I wanna do different supersets to thoroughly blast the muscle I'm working out.

Not sure of what muscles to work on what days or even what king of superset routines I should apply for the muscle groups - any suggestions?

WOW!  Now that's why they call you MVP huh?

Thanks bro.  How would you break it down?  3 sets of 8 reps sound legit?

Yep. 3X8 sounds fine. And thanks for the compliments!

I would save super sets for things like plateaus or for cutting, if your just getting back into it...keep it as simple as possible and change things as they are needed.

Yeah your right.  Thanks for the advice I wasn't thinking about that.
