Have not been doing a lot recently as I am no longer with a gym. Just waiting for the delivery of a bar and set of plates. On the last day I worked DL with 150 kg for 1 1/2 hr. Was able to go to a gym over the weekend. Had 30mins so banged out some quick moves to keep in practice. Warm up DL with bar Snatch with bar C&J 1x3 60 kg, 1x3 62 kg, 1x3 65 kg, 1x2 70 kg, 1x 90 kg With same weight, 5x back squat hold in the hole, 2x3 front squat. A little swim
