Spaghetti Bolognaise? Good bodybuilding food?

As a student I'm often short of cash and a couple of times a week have to make myself low cost meals to stay within budget. Spaghetti bolognaise is an easy one as you can use any pasta (cheap!) and make a tasty sauce from minced beef, diced onions, black olives and tomato puree/paste. I'm guessing from it's composition that the meal would be both high protein and high carb. Is this gonna be ok to eat for a couple of lunches and a couple of dinners each week? Or will it be too fattening?

Spag Bol is FANTASTIC bulking food. I often have it atleast twice a week for lunch and dinner. High carbs and high protein and high calories. However, i would suggest using quality meat. I only buy 5 star heart foundation approved meat - it has very minimal fat. Spag bol has been part of my diet now for the last 3 years of bulking. I would recommend it to anyone who needs great tasting high protein and carb meals. Make sure the meat is very lean or your cholesterol levels will rise if you eat it as often as i do.
