Sounds gross, taste awesome - Saturday, December 15, 2007 5:36 PM ( #1 )
So tonight i got randomly hungry, so i tried to make an awesome, healthy sandwich with differernt ingredients.

here is what I came up with;

1) 1 piece of low fat cheese

2) 2 tbs of all natural Peanut butter

3) two slices of deli turkey

4) 1 spoon-full ricotta cheese

5) and two slices of whole wheat bread

I know this sound disgusting, but don't say anything before you try it.

Yea.. it sounds pretty gross but nothing compared to the famous tuna fish whey protein shake combo...

lol who made that?

worse shake i ever had was after my surgery...i couldn't eat anything so i tried blending up my meal of tuna, sauce, pasta, cheese, and olive oil all in the blender. it was so horrible except i think it was so bad because i couldnt eat anything then. i had absolutely no appetite for anything and if i tried to eat too much i would get sick so i lost like 10lb. :(
