Hey I just got a little question.

When I workout, every now and then i get a sore shoulder and it goes off like 3 to 7 days after. I doesnt hurt at all, it just le met notice something is wrong.

Is this an injury or is it normal to get this? i guess I get a bad form somewhere?

you could be stressing your shoulder joint..i would focus on your form or maybe lower your weights. when lifting focus more on control of the weight rather than just trying to get it up.
