no gym today or tomorrow. tomorrow we're going on a "cruise" from Baltimore to Annaopolis and won't get back until the afternoon and the YMCA in the afternoon is impossible to work out at. not going today for three reasons. one is we spent about 3 hours walking around the inner harbor. another reason is my body is incredibly sore from Tae Bo. the last, and most important reason, my ride has sciatica, and waled around the inner hardbor. he's in excruciating pain and doesn't want to take me.

back from the cruise, still sore from monday's tae bo. after i eat, i'll probably do a little ta ebo, to limber up my muscles before soaking in a hot bath.

I slept in until 3 pm. No gym. Looks like I"ll only be working upper and lower twice this week.

couldn't go to the gym person who takes me could hardly walk becaues of sciatica. hopefully a weekend of rest and he'll be fine.

i'm on vacation and the person who takes me to the gym has severe sciatica. he can't walk most of the time. yet again i didn't go to the gym. tomorrow. he said we'll try tomorrow.

no gym. i'll probably do some cardio later though. taking care of my friend is exhausting. though, for what it's worth, i did carry a lot of groceries in the house.
