I am 5'7 on a good dayand i weigh 165. I am turing 18 next month and dont want to except the fact that i will never play football again...iv deicided im going to give it EVERYTHING i have and try to play some college ball.  My heart is in the right place with football and theres nothing i like more than to lower my helmet and put it into a defenders sholderpad or face mask.Theres nothing i love than running the ball and getting slammed by a linebacker and fighting forthose few extra yards.. I want to weight about 190 come football season..i weigh 165 now.I could use some weight training advice,how to get faster, and what ill need to know comming into college football at Fullback.  ANY GOOD ADVICE IS VERY MUCH APPRICIATED!
