Hey does anyone know some good Whey Protein? Like the brand name? Im 15 and I went to Walmart the other day to look at the different Whey Proteins but there are so many different kinds that I don't even know which too choose. They all have different things in them and I don't know if they are all safe for me so could someone please reccomend some good Whey Protein possibly from Walmart or another place doesn't matter? Im really trying to bulk up so thats why Im looking at Whey protein.

Nope, there is no "fast" in this game I'm afraid. Lot's of protein and a clean diet is what you need. I'd reccomend you do plenty of cardio if you have excess bodyfat. If what you need is more muscle and bodyfat isn't a problem, buy some creatine, it'll help give some more volume.

ON is a good one. If your skinny like I was then look into the CytoSport CytoGainer. Protien, and fattie stuff all in one. I gained 6lbs in 1 container...taking it before bedtime is the key btw...

And if you'll look at the amino acid profile of ON Gold Standard 100% Whey, it has a lot in each serving. Try to get the Rocky Road. It tastes better than the Cookies & Cream IMO. Those two flavors have the highest protein count (24g) per serving compared to the other flavors.

Sam's Club had a 5 lb container of protein for around $19, it has 22 grams of protein per serving. Any comments on it? I know ON has 24 g but I was looking for a cheapier alternative, BTW I havn't tasted it yet. I know the ON double chocolate tastes pretty much like chocolate milk when mixed with skim milk....

Did the Sam's Club have a flavor? If it doesn't have a flavor, that's your first sign of a bad taste. I remember the first protein I bought from wal mart almost made me puke everytime. I don't care that much about taste but if it takes you to the point of feeling sick, it's going to be detrimental.

Cool thanks everyone. Last Question I do have around 20 percent body fat. What cardio can I do to lose that fat but not the muscle. I want to keep the muscle for sure.

Dude, Instantized 100% Whey by ON at GNC is really good. It gives 24 grams per serving. I went from 184 pds to 204 pds. in 2 months by taking protein for 1 gram per pound of body weight and creatine alone and have 7% bft. - James
