no-x only has like 1g of creatine in it which isn't really enough in terms of creatine supplementation. i think powder creatine is better but i know alot of ppl who really like green bulge which is pill form. in terms of ur protein intake, most ppl say about 1.5-2g for every pound. if u weigh 200 pounds then 300g-400g.

in terms of ur protein intake, most ppl say about 1.5-2g for every pound. if u weigh 200 pounds then 300g-400g. 1.5 - 2 G./LB. is a VERY high number and not a good place to start! Start around .7-.9 grams per pound. I can give the scientific reason for startign lowe ...but for now... THat is for total daily protein. You goal is to get the majority of this from foods! However, you can use the whey for pre and post workout amino acid loading/reloading, and for making up any deficiency in protien in any given meal. If you are 200 pounds then 140-180 grams of protein a day split into 6 meals every 3 hours Read the gaining mass link below for in-depth discussion of this.
