hi,can any one help my with my questions
firrst i would like to know is no-xplode is a substitue for the pure creatine ? or should i use it with creatine
my second question is which is better the creatine tablets or the powder.
i would like to know also about the dose for the whey protien that is should take daily.i am 64 kg and i am 179 cm can u help please

no-x only has like 1g of creatine in it which isn't really enough in terms of creatine supplementation. i think powder creatine is better but i know alot of ppl who really like green bulge which is pill form. in terms of ur protein intake, most ppl say about 1.5-2g for every pound. if u weigh 200 pounds then 300g-400g.

This answer is about TOTAL Protein intake!

1.5 - 2 G./LB.  is a VERY high number and not a good place to start!
Start around .7-.9 grams per pound. 

I can give the scientific reason for startign lowe ...but for now...

THat is for total daily protein.
You goal is to get the majority of this from foods!

However, you can use the whey for pre and post workout amino acid loading/reloading, and for making up any deficiency in protien in any given meal.

If you are 200 pounds then 140-180 grams of protein a day split into 6 meals every 3 hours
