I find it funny how you only post your biceps measurements as if it is the only one that matters

The only way to gain muscle while mantaining low bodyfat is to eat just above mantainance, and this is a VERY slow process
Squat max - 275lbs  30/07/09
Bench max - ¿?
Front Squats(atg)- ¿?

He is correct..  Your always going to gain BF man.. But you can stay fairly lean as you bulk.   Keep track of measurements and BF% with a caliper.   When you get to 10% cut back down.   Or say 11%..    You can be progressive with lean gains.   Bulk up to say 165 - 170lbs  at 10% then cut back down to 155lbs @ 6%  Then bulk up to 180lbs at 10%  then cut back down to 165lbs.

It really does take years either way bulky puffy looking or still staying slightly lean.   All really depends on the starting frame.

You could actually be alot leaner where you are now.  Your BF% is probably around 7 - 8 % or so.    What's cool about leaning down back to 155 from say 165 or 170 which ever..  Is your arms could be close to 16 at the same weight you are at now.   Smaller waist + lower BF =  larger measurements lb for lb.

anyway What do I know ;)
