7/23/07 First day of diet and training was today. Have to admit that i did not enjoy my breakfast XD, took me 1 hour to prepare my lunch and breakfast. (because of school) so i didn't find much fun in that. Anyway just finished my first training "session" Didn't last as long as i wanted, and i didn't do as many reps as i had planned in the routine, yet i thought it was allrite for a first "attempt". Heres what i did; Lasted 36mins. Chest and Tris Flat Bench Press: 10, 8, 6, 6 Incline Dumb Bell Press: 8, 8, 6 Military Press: 10, 6, 6 Weighted Bench Dips: 10, 8, 8 Standing Skull Crushers: 10, 10 Tri Pushdowns: 10, 8 (Need to work on my form) Diet went well for today, none the less.

Yesterday - 7/24/07 No training. Stuck to my diet well. Just have to get into the habit of drinking alot more water. (Having about 2-3 Litres a day now) Today - 7/25/07 Back and Bis day. Deadlift 10, 8, 6 Dumbbell Row 3x 10 Barbell Row 3x 10 Incline Bench Pull 2x 8 Barbell Shrugs 3x 10 Barbell Curls 10, 8, 6 Not going for as long as i would imagine. (I'm going around 36 mins) I think it's because i'm not resting as much as i should in between sets? Usually i rest about 30seconds in between sets, and around 60seconds in between changing excercises. Not sure if that's not enough or if it's too much. lol Diet again, went as planned. So happy about that. lol

Yesterday: 7/26/07 No training but stuck to the same diet. Getting used to drinking large amounts of water aswell. :D lol Today: 7/27/07 No training again but i have indoor (soccer) tonight so i've been eaiting more then usual. Heres my "diet" - Breakfast: Cup of oatmeal Cup of Special K 3 Eggs (2 egg whites, 1 whole) 2 Cups of Milk Banana Snack and Lunch: 3oz Chicken with 3 Pieces whole grain bread Veges Nuts Snack: Natural PB sandwhich Apple Carrot Celery Dinner: Brown Rice/Whole wheat pasta 3/4oz Chicken Veges Pre and Post W/O: 2 Scoops Whey W/ milk Fruit Before Bed: Some cottage Cheese

Today - 28/7/07 - Saturday Legs/Abs day. Just got back from my W/O, and i was pretty happy with the way it went. :D Sqauts - 10, 10, 8 Leg Curls - 10, 10, 10 Leg Press - 10, 10, 10 Calf Raises - 12, 10, 8 Sit Ups - 10, 10 Crunches - 8, 8 Yet again i'm sticking to the diet i've got set. :D

29/7/07 - Sunday Holy god! My legs today, were so damn sore, so i basically just vegitated all day. Never the less. No training today, i'm still happily sticking to the diet. :D Looking forward to tomorow.

30/7/07 - Monday Chest and Tris Flat Bench - 10, 10, 8, 8 (Light Weight, Still perfecting form) Incline DB Press - 10, 10, 10 (Same as above) Military Press - 10, 10, 10 Weigted Bench Dips - 10, 10, 8 Standing Skull Crushers - 10, 10 Tricep Pushdowns - 10, 10 ----- W/O tonight was pretty good. Lasted around 45minutes, so i pleased. :D Gained .4kg last week :P

31/7/07 - Tuesday No training. 1/8/07 - Wednesday Back and Bis Deadlifts - 10, 10, 8 (Really need to work on form, so i was only lifting light) DB Row - 10, 10, 10 Barbell Row - 10, 10, 10 Incline Bench Pull - 10, 8 Barbell Shrugs - 10, 10, 10 Barbell Curls - 10, 8, 6 Basically i'm still lifting pretty light.Working on form etc, and still just getting into this new 'lifestyle'. lol

lol, yes, yes you did :P 2/8/07 - Thursday No training. Diet again going very well. :) 3/8/07 - Friday Indoor soccer tonight, yay :D Although i'm getting tired of making my lunch every night, which takes an hour. I know it's worth the time and effort. :D

5/8/07 - Sunday (Weigh in for week 2) Ok so, this morning i weighed myself as soon as i got up. (Same time as last week) And well, you could say i was a little surprised. lol. My first week, i gained 1 pound. (Which i thought was pretty good) My second week, i gained 2.6 pounds!! Most of that is probably fat tho. Altho i can't say for sure, seeing as i don't have calipers, but still me being an ultimate ecto. That is pretty good. :P

Lasted just over 45 minutes. Only thing is, i think my grip is to narrow on the BB Bench press, i'm thinking this because i can really feel the tris, but i can barely feel my chest working. My grip is about at my shoulders. Can anyone clarify? lol

Allrite well i figure i should post my goals and some stats.. lol Stats from 2 weeks in. Age - 16 (Turn 17, Sep 12th) Height - 5'10" Weight - 116 Pounds (52.3 kg) BF % - I'm guessing from 6-10% I would take measurements but i can't find a tape measure anywhere. Goals: Obviousily. I need to gain weight. lol. I've always been very skinny. SO... I want to get to atleast 165 lbs with low bf %. I know this will take a LONG time, but i'm prepared and ready to take the challenge. :D I'm very good when it comes to the diet side of things. So no worrying about that. I cook all of my own meals. Which gets annoying but i've made that choice.

8/8/07 - Wednesday Back and Bis Deadlifts: 70 x 10 90 x 10 100 x 10 Dumbell Rows: 10, 10, 10 (Forgot weight XD) Barbell Rows: 10, 10, 8 (As above) Incline Bench Pulls: 10, 10 (Yeah) Barbell Shrugs: 90 x 10 90 x 10 105 x 10 DB Curls: 10, 10, 10 Pretty awesome W/O. Got much better form on the deadlifts now and lifting heavier on them aswell.

10/8/07 - Friday Had indoor soccer tonight (My cardio, lol). Was awesome. We won 22 - 2, which was even more awesome. :D Anyway i'm looking forward to doing legs tomorrow. I love leg day. :)
