So, who wants to see what happens if you neglect training and diet?

This is incredibly embarassing to post but it's for my own good. For the last 3 months or so I've completed neglected diet and have trained exactly 3 times. Couple this with 10km of biking per day and you get the following which can be summed up in two words: starvation mode. My stats before I did this: Weight: 188lbs Bodyfat: 16% Bench 1RM: 200lbs Squat 1RM: 320lbs Deadlift 1RM: 330lbs Add around 3lbs to this picture of muscle and you'll see where I was at. Now: Weight: 170lbs Bodyfat: 19% Bench 1RM: 150lbs Squat 1RM: 270lbs Deadlift 1RM: 250lbs This is me right now. Both pictures were taken cold and directly when I got out of bed. I'm pulling a Veg and using this topic for motivation. How did I manage to do this? 1500 calories a day average coupled with 10km of biking per day as well as taking up Dance Dance Revolution.

I'm aware of how creepy it looks. Well step one to getting back on the right track is shaving that mustache. Yeah, I was just using it so I could get into a casino. It worked.

Well PT in the meantime (pushups, pullups, dips - on playground equipment, situps) and run. You could totally cut down a lot of that bodyfat before you get the chance to lift heavy again. Don't let not having a gym membership be an excuse.
