So frustrated need some suggestions on a new routine. - Sunday, November 09, 2008 9:40 PM ( #1 )
Hello,I just posted in another section of the forum before I realized there was a women  section.Hope you girls can help.

I am just so annoyed at how unmotivated I am at present.I completed a body challenge about 7months ago with a great transformation and I did keep up with the my weight and cardio training but have been very relaxed about it all, in fact to relaxed.I only get to the gym two times to 3 times a week and instead of planning my workout I just go in and do a full body workout with weights one day and then cardio the next time I go.My diet at present SUX big time not even getting in the five meals and its not the right food either.I'm so angry at myself because I know better.

I'm hoping someone can lend me a hand and get me off my butt!! I want a weight training programme thats gonna help get me motivated and get me lean again.Like I said when I was doing the challenge I did a full body workout every other day tagged with cardio on that day then cardio the following day and after the challenge I did a 3 day split however now I'm everywhere and so bored with my exercisies. My exercises were using mostly machines but I try and do body pump once a week now and I have always done at least one class of RPM Spin.

Thanks girls.

I can help you with a routine, however it would not involve those silly machines, unless there is some overriding medical issue that would rule out barbell and dumbbell training...
