If I'm not lazy after my workout, or in the morning I make a MEANNN smoothie. Today consisted of: 1/2 cup of Bolthouse Farms (No Sugar Added) Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie Drink -62 Calories 1 Banana - 80 Calories 1/2 a peeled mango -65 Calories Handful of Blueberries -30 Calories Protein Like 1 1/2 cups of ice Makes about 3 1/2 cups of smoothie. And only 237 for everything minus the protein. Best one I've ever made, today.
