Hey I'm new to the board. I'm 5'8 / 170 lbs: I have been training for about 5 years. December of last year I was up to 200 lbs but I suffered and knee injury at work ( Jan 28, 2007 ) that has left me unable to working so I have lost a considerable amount of weight.

I'm thinking about purchasing a home gym and I can't decide between a Smith Machine ( Hoist or Parbody ) and the Power Tech Leverage Home Gym. I'm looking for real answers here guys & girls, ie: if you think I should purchase a Smith Machine over the Power Tech Home Gym tell me why.
