When I do skullcrushers my elbow joints start to feel really bad, like someone ripping them out of my arm. I am only using 20 pounds on each side of the tricep bomber and it hurts my elbow joints. Is this normal or should I do lower weight. Will this pain go away. Any advice will help.

obviously if its hurting that bad you shouldnt be doing them. have you had any injuries recently? if not, and the pain still persists then definatly go see a doctor.

i believe its called french press? hold a dumbell hind your head, sitting up, and perform the same motion. there are a ton of tricep exercises, look them up. if that hurts theres something wrong so i would suggest going to the doctor.

i thought french press was when you did reverse grip flatbench with the barbell.  i could be wrong.  sounds so familiar though

i think you are correct, i cant remember the name of the exercise for the life of me, but french press does a good job of hitting the triceps as well.

and leg beast, as rippechick suggested,

and this was the exercise i was referring to, dumbell extension

I have the same problem with skull crushers, so I do french press as well. You can do it with a barbell or dumbell.

also try starting with a lower weight and high reps 20-30 range to get your elbows warmed up. i do that with cable pulldowns, first thing i do for tris.
