Hello, I am 18 years old, 130 LBs, 5'10

Im really skinny, do you recommend me to go lift weights and eat a lot of junk ?

No.  Not a good idea.

Look at the gaining mass link in my signature.

Higher carbs from quality whole food sources.

If you want to train, keep it under 45 minutes and 2-3 times a week.

I am 14, around 5 ft 9" tall and weigh 114 pounds.

I was just wondering what was the best way to gain mass. I am a bit tall and very skinny and have a very fast metabolism so it is very hard for me to gain weight. I have access to a gym if it might help but many people convince me i am too young to use weights it will only stun my growth, and i was wondering if thats true? So please if you have any advice about anything (excercise, foods, etc.) let me know, thanks.

First, there is very little likelihood of stunted growth.  That was an unfounded conclusion that someone made up that has not been supported by any evidence.  But people like to frighten the young with it...like saying your palms will grow hair if you masturbate...

The exception is someone very young lifting maximal weights while the bones and growth plates are still very soft...

I am not alone when I relate to you that I have been lifting (bodybuilding) since 11 and I am the tallest in my family.

Now, as for the tall and skinny...not to worry.  You are still growing, but if you start a progressive resistance training program and add in the right nutrition, you will start to gain muscle mass too.

So, where do you start?
Read the gaining mass thread linked in my signature.

Things for you to remember...

1) Warm up and cool down before and after every training session and start with the most basic lifting routine. 

One set per bodypart of basic movements in the 15-25+ rep range is all you need right now.  Others will not like this recommendation...but you need to build up a foundation of certain energy systems, strengthen ligaments, tendons, and joints, and basically learn all the movements properly.  So start with easy weights the first week (for instance 3 nonconsecutive days - M-W-F) and focus on how movements are done properly, make a basic routine, watch videos of proper execution (I give links to exercise libraries in my Gaining Mass post), practice the movements at home with no weights (just a can of beans in each hand and with your own bodyweight), then do a light workout.  Pay attention to how movements feel.  Flex your muscles and focus on how they feel.  That will help your body focus on them as well.

2.) Start each training session by training a LARGE muscle group.  For instance start with deadlifts or squats or pullups or rows.

Something like this...
Deadlifts
Pullups
Pushups
squats
leg curl/stiff leg deadlift
military press
biceps curl
triceps press
Calf press
Crunches

You can do that with bodyweight alone.  Starting with the bigger muscle group stimulates hormones that then circulate to whatever you train next...helps with growth.

3) Lifting sessions are not to exceed 40 minutes.  Your body is a high power machine and uses lots of energy (one reason you are skinny) so you want to train shorter...  They will likely run 20 minutes or so at first.

4) When you read my thread, pay attention to the pre and post workout nutrition.  This is important for you.  Carbs and some proteins before and after will help you spare mass you have already gained.

5) you are more likely a higher carb type and should look to make a diet outline that is close to this range
High Carb type=
Protein-15%,
carbohydrates-75%,
fat-10%


be meticulous at first so you learn what that diet looks like.  Gradually shift toward eating that way, then try it for a week and see how you feel.

Finally, take baby steps.  You will get more from it if you start that way.
