Skinny Guys needs help!! - Tuesday, January 06, 2004 2:40 PM ( #1 )
Hi,

I have always been a fit guy, playing racket sports at Internation level but now want to put on healthy weight.

I am 25, 6`1" and weight 11st! I am knew to training and would like help on both nutrition and weights. Ive researched HIT and this seems to be the best solution for me just now. I would like to hear from other guys who have been in the same situation as myself and have managed through an excellent program and diet to gain weight.

Can anyone advise? I am not afraid of hard work.

I am trying to do a little weight gaining myself... this is my seventh week. Anyways someone told me to do this: weight x 18 - 20 = # calories is how much I should try to eat while bulking. I've been doing this for the pass 7 weeks and seems to be working. I usually gain 2lbs a week. I added an extra 200 calories in there cuz I didn't gain weight for one of the weeks. U said u were 11 stones so I think thats 154lbs. I've bulked b4 and it was kinda bad eating anything and everything... pizza and junk food. So I would recommend trying not to eat so much fatty fast food stuff.
