So far I have 3 problems that have developed b/c of lifting...
My arms have gotten bigger and I have started getting tears under my arm in not to much a noticible area but recently I'm getting really rough skin on the peak of my bicep just like before my skin teared under my arm by my tricep. I can not get stretch marks or tears on the peak of my biceps, that would look so nasty... any ideas?
I'm loosing alot of weight in my stomach now, finally, is there anyway to help get the skin back into shape? Baiscally I'm down 20ish pounds since new years and my skin in the midsection has to tighten up as my abs do, or will this just take time?
Finally and not as important, but is there anyway to get rid or help prevent callous on my palms? Whenever I lift heavey I get really big ones even with gloves and the girl friend is starting to complain, and to my surprise, she'd rather me not to get to big and have nicer hands... but with the progress I'm making, I'm not stopping now.

I am surprised at the fact you are getting stretch marks seeing as you have lost 20 lbs, which means your skin should be a little loose. Don't know what to say other than that.

I have stretch marks right above my armpits, no worries there, i take this cream that makes them go away. Its called Destin, and it works like a charm.

Good God congrats on the progress, thats amazing. For stretch marks as they are called like Mike said use a moisturizing/skin toning cream. You can try putting it on your stomach too. Some people break open vitamin E pills and rub that stuff on their skin where it is irritated to prevent scarring. I have scars on my hips from strecth marks back from when i went through a huge spurt in squats. I don't think they look that bad now, but putting some stuff on them wouldn't have been a bad idea

Cocoa Butter, it works wonders on stretch marks. Stretch Marks are a badge of honor, wear them proudly cause it shows other BBs that you train hard that skin is bursting from the new muscle. I been training to long thats why I have a mentality like this. The skin on your stomach will tighten with a cutting diet.

Oh, and as my weight training coach once said, and i quote, "I will never let my daughter date a man who doesn't have callouses. It lets me know that he knows how to work." I thought that while it was funny, it had some meaning behind it too. If you are really worried about it just always wear gloves, and you can use a nail file to grind them down, although the skin under them is going to be pretty sensitive.

Without going into a full history of me, basically I have never ever had big arms, to the point where I was pretty big and benching way more then my body weight and still having little arms, but with my new traininer my arms have blownup, so they look in proportion to me. My arms have just recently started loosing fat to where then dont look as big but are defined but the skin at the peeks is still rough and I dont want to take any chances... Luckily or not I have most of my fat storage in my stomach area and thats where I'm really trying to loose it, hopefully by summer I'm be in the 190-200 mark and take some pictures to show of my progress
